Return & Refund Products Policy

At Divepackers, we are committed to providing high-quality water sports gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final Sale, Clearance, and Custom Orders are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return Contact Us at [support@divepackers.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Ship the item back to our Florida fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

4. Exchanges We allow size exchanges within the 7-day return window, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items Used or washed neoprene jackets. Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom Orders. Gift cards & digital products.
