FOR TOURS

  • Scuba Diving Tours: If the tour involves scuba diving; Our tours offer Scuba Diving Certifications for every level. We also provide fun dives tours for certified divers looking to explore breathtaking underwater destinations. Some tours offer options for beginners, like introductory dives, where certification isn’t required but you’ll be closely supervised. Other tours require a specific level of Scuba Diver Certification that will be on the tour details.

  • Snorkeling or Other Water Activities: For snorkeling and other non-diving activities, you generally don’t need any certification. These are accessible to everyone, even beginners.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the tour’s start time for a full refund. Changes made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be accepted. Local time of the tour.

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and personal items like water bottles. All necessary diving equipment is provided.

Must review the Scuba Diving Medical Questionnaire prior to booking a tour. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the conditions on the Medical Questionnaire, you must bring a signed copy of the Medical Statement signed by a doctor.

Avoid disappointment, download and review the Diver Medical form to ensure you won’t need a physician’s approval to dive before enrolling in a scuba course. Instructors, divemasters and dive shop staff are not physicians and should not be asked for medical advice; only medical professionals can give medical clearance to dive.

Cancellations due to absence of required Medical Statement after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.

Most of the tours provide dive equipment as part of the tour package, including wetsuits, masks, fins, and tanks. However some other tours you can rent the equipment needed on the extra section when you book the tour.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Ship the item back to our Florida fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • We allow size exchanges within the 7-day return window, subject to availability.
